We ship products using various courier services including TCS, Trax, and Leopards.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services
• You must provide accurate shipping information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier service
• Tracking information will be provided when available

Our return and refund policy is subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
